Where can a Tulsa student use an LNH scholarship?

At any of the 27 four-county schools on the approved list OSDE dated October 28, 2026, from Town and Country School and Undercroft Montessori to the Catholic parish schools and Broken Arrow's Happy Hands Education Center.

Does my child need an IEP for LNH?

Most children qualify through an IEP or a district's IDEA determination, though OSDE also accepts a DHS service plan, a parent's military PCS move into Oklahoma, DHS or OJA out-of-home placement, adoption from DHS custody and enrollment at a school serving only homeless students.

What does approval mean for a school?

It means OSDE reviewed the school's accreditation, finances, health and safety compliance, teacher qualifications and its services or accommodations for students with disabilities; it doesn't promise a seat or a specific service, so ask about capacity.

What should I get in writing before enrolling?

Ask for a written description of the supports, therapies or aide time the school will provide and how each is billed, since a private school decides what it can offer and OSDE won't cover costs beyond the scholarship.
